I just bought this drive today. It has a plastic shell. The build quality is hard to compare with Samsung but still OK. The 256GB size looks good for a Windows boot disk for an old PC. They claimed that 200 TBW even beat the Samsung EVO 860 150TBW under the same size tag.

    I simply use disk clone software, but you do need another PC/system to do it.
