Mido is a part of the Swatch group, using ETA Auto movements. The movement in this is the ETA C07.611 a variation on the venerable 2824. Styling is obviously personal but for a genuine swiss Auto from an Australian based shop this looked like a pretty good deal. It's only the 38mm size so probably better suit a smaller wrist.
From my quick research this looked like a good price, even compared to online overseas based grey Market dealers. Not sure if Peters of Kensington is an authorised dealer giving out genuine Swatch international warranties but they seem to be a reputable shop, i've bought lots of other stuff from them over the years.
