Geezus dude, I'm not stupid … the pop up "Still hasn't loaded!" some one hour later! opened the page in several different tabs, have used a browser that has no security settings set, have set my anti spam to allow anything from the site … … and yet it still does not load
Just tried again in Incognito Mode in Chrome as well as in Microsoft Edge and it's showing the form. Screenshot of pop up.
Perhaps give a try in Incognito as previous cookies may be interfering. You can see the same issues by users in the previous competition.
