I know it's a little thing, but it just seems like something that could be solved with plastic pallets or who knows.
Obviously it's not like they wouldn't have thought of this but it reminds you how fragile our existence is.
CHEP must be rolling in the dough with their pallets though.
If it’s a temporary shortage I imagine scaling up plastic pallet manufacture wouldn’t be worth it in the short term.

Meanwhile when I was at the pubs, the brewery trucks wouldn't take the pallets away no matter how many times we asked them. Always had over 10 spare pallets stacked outside.
