          Not sure that the policy would even be in line with ACL despite you stating multiple times that it is.

          ^ I think you mean "You do not have to return products in the original packaging in order to get a refund."

            Thanks for combing over our returns policy.

            Faulty goods are not subject to returns restrictions. These conditions apply only to returns due to no fault of the product.

            If there is reasonable fault with the product we follow this statement instead:

            In the event of a faulty item, you must also contact us before returning any item. Your warranty claim will be handled in accordance with Australian law and we will fulfil our legal obligations to you and your product.

            This means you'd be entitled to a full refund or replacement.

            Perhaps I will edit the return / refund policy to make this clearer. Thanks for your feedback.

              @sergio-perth: It's OK, just trying to find out more about this random business I've never heard of and policies like this determine whether or not I can trust them. I also tend to use privacy policies and "about us" pages.

              How can one return a product that is not faulty? "We do not accept change of mind returns."

              Concerning that an Ozbargainer can find more fault in your returns policy than your lawyers/management.

                @SirCH: We do not accept change of mind returns at this stage. If you need to return the item for another reason you may be subject to the terms outlined in "general returns".

                If you have specific questions about returns you can direct them over to [email protected] and we can continue the conversation there.

                Frankly, we've never had someone want to return anything and we like to keep our customers happy - but in the event you are displeased with your purchase, you can just get in contact with us and we will help as best we can.
