"WHAT, WHY, HOW?" is also what everyone says when they try to order from JD sports and the order gets cancelled every time.

  • What's the Klarna refund process like when JD inevitably cancels the order due to some nonsense excuse? Or doesn't ever actually ship it, and claims 'Manifest received' in the tracking means it's posted?

  • not purchasing from jd again. first order, during the 30% off zip promo, bought a pair of white air force 1s. order sat processing for 3 days then cancelled as they were “out of stock”. the day after the promo ended they were back in stock.

second order, used the $20 off afterpay promo to order another pair of shoes which were already discounted ($180 down to $100). They were shipped and a month later they hadn’t moved so i lodged an enquiry and conveniently they’ve lost the parcel.

    smdh.

  • is there a minimum amount required to be purchased?
