Description is from like 2017? Hardly a frontier in chargers when it doesn't even do qc/PD.

weighs as little as a can of soup

      • Fast charge are over rated, inefficient.

Actual Output Capacity (mAh) = Battery Capacity (mAh) x Battery Voltage (V) x 0.85 / Charging Voltage (V)

        Battery voltage is usually 3.7v
So if you fast charge at 9v, 20000mah will only give you actual output capacity at about 7000mah, whereas if you slow charge at 5v, it will have a capacity of 12580

        • The useful measure is Wh when talking about power banks. Most use lithium batteries so it is easy to compare between them if they list the mAh

        • Fast charge are over rated, inefficient.

This one appears to be 420g

        • Because capacity is the only important thing right? When you're actually out and about, you want to spend the least amount of time with a powerbank, let alone a 420g brick.

I couldn't care less about maximising number of charges on a powerbank, the faster the better so I can put it back in my bag and not be tethered.

I save the 5w charging for my bedside charger.

Why are you even paying $50 for a slow 20k mah powerbank. Plenty of other reputable brands that cost nearly half.

      • Or a bag of rice

      • Pocket-Friendly Size

Is that a can of soup in your pocket, or are you just glad to see me?

          It's just soup

    • Completely agree, you charge this bloody thing with Micro USB?!!?! It'll take days to charge.

  • I just recieved my 20k mAh Cygnet PowerBank which I used my Telstra points for, I was kinda surprised at the weight tbh not as light as I'd assumed it would be that's for sure.

  • Store in title thanks

    A frontier in portable charging.

If Micro-USB is the future, I don't want to go.

Anker is a good brand. But for this price with Micro USB, I don't think that it's a good choice.
