Saw this posted on this Facebook today. BigW online are having a week long gaming sale (which contains some newer release titles such as Silent Hill) on various titles. With free shipping.

2nd April - Xbox or PS3 Arcade Stick - $68
3rd April - Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations (xbox or PS3) - $69.92
4th April - Dirt 3 Complete Edition (xbox or PS3) - $44.84
5th April - Silent Hill Downpour(xbox or PS3) - $69.92

These seem like pretty good prices for Australian Stock for some of these products.

  All of these games (not sure about the sticks, can't find any info on them) can be found cheaper elsewhere. For example, here are the prices at OzGameShop:
