bought a $3 'toy' for arm exercise.
when it snapped in my face.
unable to login
they have restock fees, and return to sender rules which make a joke of refunds.
reported to fair trading who have been useless in the past.
the new govt is busy gutting the public service so they are even mroe careful not to want to lose their jobs.

  gave them my goodwill for future purchases.
  small things make a difference.
