Hi guys - It's been a while since I posted a cracking coffee deal - I am still running my award winning Single Origin Colombian coffee and am happy to be able to offer you a deal to stock up for the festive season.

This is a paypal direct ( or bank transfer) deal
Its $70 for 2 KG's of freshly roasted ( roasted medium) coffee . This includes Australia Post Express service ( regular post for my WA customers)

I will be roasting and posting commencing thursday the 9th Dec so you should receive your beans within 3-7 days after that ( perfect resting time for the beans post roast:) )

Region – Tolima
Processing – Washed
Altitude – 1600 – 1950 masl
Cupping Score – 84
Optimal Roast – Suits a medium dark roast.
Varietal – Typica, Castillo

Suitable for – All brews including milk based coffees

Flavour Notes – Dates, dark chocolate and walnut – long deep silky finish – big body!

        I get you're being funny, but I hope it's not bitter. IMO coffee should never be bitter, especially SO from Colombia.

        Also Castilla isn't a variety, but Castillo is.

  By the way… If anyone needs the recipe we use at the cafe… We go 22.5g in, 46g out in 31 seconds. Beautifully rich and velvety extraction.. Well balanced with a sweet finish.

    Yes still available.. Can add a kg of another origin. Just add $10 for Ethiopia or Nicaragua.
