Has been cheaper awhile back, but still a reasonable price for anyone that needs one now.
I'm still using one from back in the Masters day and it's still going strong after 5years in the sun.

yeah over 18 months ago though. Not sure if you are aware but prices have gone up for a lot of things since then.
I have a wrong delivery with it from a couple years ago clogging up my house .
Need to clear it on FEEbay ,
I can't decide if Feebay or Fleabay is better🤣
wow I paid $192 for 40m Hozelock from Bunnings
This one is probably a bit lighter, thus the extra cost…
Bunnings sell Hozelock?
Got mine from Bunnings last year, although they needed to special order it in. Worked out cheaper at Bunnings than anywhere else that I could find at the time.
Great auto reels. Haven’t had one fail me yet. Miss the sub- $100 deals from the Masters days….
Haven’t had one fail me yet.
How many have you had?
5
Why do you need 5?
@jv: 2 at the old place. Bought 3 at my new place. Convenient.
@diabolical1: Why did you leave the 2 at the old place behind?
Did it increase the property value?
@jv: Lol. I wish. Fixed them to the walls and after moving house, just couldn’t be bothered removing them. This is a bit of an inquisition.
@diabolical1: That's just jv being jv
I was always told to watch out for hose that were cheaper than $100
edit - spelling
Hell no some countries you will get a couple high quality for that price :)
is this a time where you actually pay extra for kinks?
Just had my 130 dollar bunnings fail on me… got 5 years out of it though.. probably got my moneys worth
This or Hoselink?
Trawling through the reviews hoselink was better. I paid the extra $53 per reel and went with them. The hoselock fittings are better and the sprayer looks much better quality.
This… Have had hoselink and it died a sad death. Have a hozelock and a Gardena and the hozelock has been great got a 40m one out the front in sun all day everyday for 2yrs zero issues, my Gardena is probably a little nicer to wind back up but it's only a 30m could be why.
Trick to winding them back up is turn off the tap and leave the attachment open it will squirt out water as it goes back in
What happened to your hoselink one?
The recoil slowly got worse and worse and then the hose started to have issues then eventually it was almost impossible to get to recoil. It was a year old before I got it (was in a rental)
@quikstix: same with me. Recoil is getting weak after 2 years and will suffer slower death
Both pretty similar I have both. Neither have failed so far
How does ot compare to the GARDENA 30m from Bunnings?
Check my comment above

@quikstix: So do I buy the hozelock30m autoreel $199 or gardena $255 30m from Bunnings?
Is the gardena easier to wind up or something/how? I thought the hozelock is auto? Is it a button you push?
@Kammi: I think you will be happy with either. They are the same to wind up , no button it's all action related
@Kammi: Hoselink for sure.
@nepalesesquirrel: Haha bought the gardena and its 👌
Only thing is that it doesn't have the storage compartment, but at least its here before Xmas 🎅
@Kammi: I don't know about it, but for $250 it would want to be good. As long as you didn't buy a Holman haha
Dang, I just bought one form hoseLock last week $250
I’m still using my 50m one from masters I got it for $79
As a price beat
was thinking of getting this to replace my back one, and bring the back one to the front… hmmm just looking at this this morning
