Does this happen to anyone else? I've deleted the bookmark, yet it keeps re-appearing.

Upon re-starting the phone, it would appear. It must come packaged with the carrier bundle.
Didn’t even know it was there, but sure enough, it was. I just deleted it.
And it pops back up when restarting.. annoying!
I switched to boost earlier in the year so hopefully it won’t be coming back, although it’s not like I ever noticed until you mentioned it.
Does boost have that stupid #LetsVaxx in the carrier title?
@LordSydney: On Boost it says “Telstra #StaySafe”
@mapax: That’s strange. Mine has never displayed that.
@Savas: What does yours say?
@mapax: Mine has always said Telstra. I didn’t know Boost had the same carrier titles, my phone mustn’t be updating them for some reason.
@Savas: As of this morning my carrier title is now “Boost” and nothing else.
@mapax: Interesting. Mine still says “Telstra”.. it’s been that way since I got the phone.
@Savas: I’m working in a new area today so maybe it’s location specific and will return to Telstra when I get home.
Also, the Telstra 24/7 bookmark is back.@mapax: Ohhh that’s interesting. I didn’t know it was location specific. The Telstra bookmark is still gone for me. I don’t mind if it comes back I was just curious.
Do you have the Telstra app?
I never noticed it until just now. Deleted the bookmark
Yeah, got the app. It's annoying when carriers force stuff on your phone which you didn't ask for… #LetsVaxx carrier title for example.. sick of seeing it scrolling across the top of my screen. I pay for a bloody phone service, not a PSA or public health announcement.
I deleted it yesty, hasn't reappeared
restarted phone? it re-appears :|
@LordSydney: I rarely reboot it, just tried now - no bookmark. I've got an iPhone 12 mini on latest iOS
Hi OP, I am with Boost and it happened to me for about a year, exactly as you described. I have found that it has stopped happening since iOS15 or so, so that might help if you’ve not already updated.
Telstra does not forgive.
Telstra does not forget.
You should have expected it.
i just deleted it, how long until it re-appears?
