If you're prepared to change plans yourself, you could go with this Aldi Mobile $45 40GB Family Plan w Continuous Rollover Data (2 SIM's) and then have the ability to control how much data you'd like to allocate to the Spacetalk SIM, or top up when required.
FYI, Aldi Mobile uses the Telstra Wholesale Network.
Ouch, gotta pay them a monthly fee just to use it as well…
