I was recommended the Hisense A7G over 'branded' TV's at the same price point. Its a great TV, nice deep colours

I'd never recommend Hisense after my issues with there U8G earlier this year.
LG has always been really good for me.

  Did you end up returning the Hisense because they were lying about the specs? Or because you…..hated the TV?

    Random HDMI disconnection and reconnections I even got a brand new replacement and the exact same issue most likely a software issue but considering I was to use the TV via HDMI to an Apple tv 4k 100% of its life it was unacceptable and also an issue I had no idea if or when would be fixed.
    
    Picture quality the tv looked great for a non OLED but the operating system (Vidaa OS) was insanely slow and laggy.
