Full-sized bluetooth keyboard

Hey,
I'm looking for a full size bluetooth keyboard for use with my ipad. I remember a Dick Smith deal on Apple computer accessories a while ago, but didn't have any plans on an ipad then, anyone know of any other deals going for good quality keyboards?

There is the MS BT Mobile KB 5000 and 6000 series

6000 is $68.50 delivered from Ozgameshop

5000 is $50 from several stores.

You might also be interested in a Targus BT keyboard for $44 delivered. Doesn't look very "full size" and no keypad though.
