Just bought a garmin forerunner 245.
I plug it in to charge but I cant seem to remove the cable from the watch after.
Is there any technique or ways to pull it out?

Have a look on Amazon for the desktop hockey puck style chargers. Much easier, and cheap
No, they can be a bit tight.
