I downloaded the Qantas app but I only have an older cheap tablet, which usually does the job but does not work with Google Pay etc.
When I click on redeem reward it says we are having difficulty up loading certificates, try again in a few days. This seems rather odd.
Are you able to upload yours?

@brendanm: they have now offered me 5000 points to download the app, will make recharge even cheaper

Worked fine for me a couple of days ago. Seems pretty obvious it's the tablet.
On my second Qantas account, I see this message now:
Sorry, we are currently experiencing an issue with uploading certificates.
Our team are working hard to fix this now.
