  Hi Rep.

  If I get a 1 year license to, say, fusion 360, and complete all my work in that time, what is the deal with looking at it in 2 years time? Are there free viewers that allow going into the design? Do they allow simple operations like moving parts / changing visibility of various items / simple parametric changes?

    Hi @afoveht, I believe that once your paid subscription expires you might be able to view the files if you revert back to your personal free version. However any edits to the previous work for commercial purposes would not be allowed. I'm checking with internal teams on this and will update once I have more info to share. Thank you.

  Worth mentioning that for any indie devs Maya (full version, not LT) is $390 a year if you are eligible.

  Also worth noting that if you have a .edu email address you are eligible for free access to Autodesk software via their student licence program.
