As I return to work, I need to be able to wear a noise cancelling headphone for extended periods of time. I wear specs and the headphones that I have tried so far end up with me in pain around the area where the temples sit (and the headphone over them). I have tried a variety of headphones right from el cheapo pos from woolies to Bose QC25 and QC35 ii (with their original ear pads) and end up desperately wanting to remove headphones after ~20 minutes of use. Contact lenses are not an option for me. I think I may also have a slightly bigger head than usual. What headphone would you guys recommend for someone in my situation?

Thank you kindly - I shall trial them out. I tried a cheap-ish sony headphone for the first time recently WHCH510B (https://www.thegoodguys.com.au/sony-wireless-on-ear-headphon…) assuming smaller ear cups would mean no pressure around the top of the ear - but these ones were not comfortable either as they would just put pressure towards where the temple tips sit behind the ear.
I use them for 8 hours during work (well I take them off for food, dunny, pretending to work etc)
Very comfy.
I've tried others that push on to the arms of the glasses and are really annoying.
Please share your thoughts after you trial the xm4. Keen to know as I would have thought they wouldn't be suitable given the QC25/35 wasn't suitable.

bonus is that if I am using lawnmower etc I can wear a broad brim hat (or muffs if particularly noisy)
the ANC is not particularly strong, but there are other brands that have same style
reduced retained heat too

I where Sennheiser 4.50 BTNC all the time with sunglasses with no issues. Could just be me though.
Buy apple airpods pro..you'll use them 10x more than any headphones.
