  EZy15 offer from HN is over. Not sure how the vent mount is any better then the screen mount which comes in the box already. Some good prices for those who missed out.

  Bought the MY60T (old model)on Saturday for $152 from Harvey Norman (their best price apparently).
  No mention of this offer.
  Coming from a Tomtom, I have been less than impressed. Less customisable. Not as easy to read. Voice not as clear. Latest Map is from May last year (released in Oct).
  Traffic updates work. They rely on reports transmitted from a radio station. I was stuck in a traffic jam this morning and the report of the delay only come through after I had passed the problem.

  I had a MY55T and am considering the MY85XLT. MY50T had rubbish traffic alerts (always when you were always in traffic jam), but I read that was a bug (fixed) that required the unit to be restarted rather than sleep mode. They also were lousy at displaying current speed limit - almost always wrong. I hope they have improved. I know Garmin shows speed limit accurately, but no audible alerts.
  This deal to me looks like a trade in deal. MY85XLT is $184 on Navman site with trade in..

    That link brought me to clubtelco, but if you have an infinite rewards account, log in and go to "home and auto" then Navman, you'll see the deal. Doesnt seem to say anything about having to trade in =\

    Last week I was looking at the trade in deal and I'm sure the MY85XLT was $220 with trade in. This week they appear to have the option of trading in for $184 or just buying outright for the same price of $184. The benefit of this posted deal is that you get the vent mount, you don't have to give them your old Navman, and you also get the 2 year map update which the trade in doesn't qualify for. Seriously considering it now.
