NOTE: the Gold Edition (or season pass) also includes a copy of Assassin's Creed 3 Remastered.

Been waiting for this one, the Gold Edition at $36.23 matches the previous all-time low in July 2021 according to PS Prices.

More importantly, the game recently received an update to run at 4K/60fps in PS4 backwards compatibility mode on PS5:

Unfortunately the Ultimate Edition is not on sale, but as I understand it, it's just a bunch of cosmetic items anyway so the Gold Edition is the one to go for if you want all the season pass content.

      It depends if you like Valhalla.
      Odyssey is my favourite Assassin’s Creed, story with humour, graphics, gameplay.

      Valhalla was depressing and weird - the landscape is bleak and there's a lot of gothic lore and creatures as "mysteries" - not my flavour.

      Odyssey did a great job of bringing ancient greece to life - sailing the Adriatic seas was bloody awesome and the landscapes were beautiful!
