My keyboard has lots of shortcut buttons for stuff like word, excel, cut, paste, etc, and has one labelled "Mark" and for the life of me can't find out what it's supposed to do; anyone know?

Description says Spanish layout (which is near identical to the US English layout) but the image shows the German layout which is quite a bit different. I wonder which layout they are actually selling. I could live with the Spanish layout but the German would drive me crazy I think.
