Need Reiwa Rental Contract for a Private Rental

I have searched the Reiwa website and cannot find the Reiwa rental contract. I need to download it for a private rental agreement.

Any suggestions?

Hi, I had a look at the Reiwa one earlier but it is a sample only. I think I need to opt for the wa gov one as it seem to be the only one that is allowed to be used for private rentals. Thanks for taking time out to help out. Much appreciated. Have a good weekend.
