Looking for an i7 Desktop Computer

So I just sold my i7 Laptop wanting a Desktop Computer, Can't find any half decent ones (Looked on eBay and JW.com.au)

Requirements: i7 Processor (2nd Generation) to prevent overheating
1TB HDD
8GB RAM (Would love 16GB Though)
1/2GB Graphics Card

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Budget: Around $700.00

You could always build one yourself or get a mate too. Apparently it's quite idiot proof to build a computer (all the parts fit in one way and nicely).

  I could do that, But I want the warranty facto, and I would not know what parts are compatible with which.
