I've been looking at a lot of standing desks but a lot of OzBargain seems to prefer the dual motor frame. Would you mind explaining why the dual motor is more desirable?
can handle more weight, faster operation. Motor is usually not sticking out
What is a recommended load for a table? This officeworks is 100kg but I believe it's one motor as it doesn't say motor in the plural.

It's not bad tbh, single motor yes, but all I am keeping on it so a 34 wide monitor for work. It rises slow but hey an extra 5 seconds doesn't hurt me. Good for the price.
How slow is it really? A lot of people are talking about single vs. double motor. I honestly wouldn't care waiting a full minute between lowest and highest setting

Not a good deal. Single motor, 80kg load is the low-end.
You can get a good dual-motor frame for $250 on sale. Then buy another $70 table top on it.
