Has anyone here ever made comparison of real value between points from Citibank Signature (now Premier) vs Amex Qantas discovery cards?
For example, if they are used to book similar flights, say, Qantas FF (classic reward) vs KrisFlyer, which one comes out better? And what about converting the points into gift cards? I suspect Citibank comes up better for gift cards.
I checked the other day and 285 Citi points = $1.00 when used through their portal for the Apple Store.
Note sure how that matches up against FF points, although I notice that it is now 2.5 Citi points = 1 Krisflyer point.
In the good old days it was 1 for 1.
