Agree that Studio Beats are over priced and The Koss Porta Pro are a good performer for the value but I wouldn't say the beats are rubbish. It's a good headphone albeit it has boomy bass for audiophiles but for sure it sounds better than the koss. IMO beats studio is worth max $150
I have tried both headphones and I prefer the Koss PortaPro over Beats even when the cost is not factored in.
Koss might sound better but it's ugly. The main selling point of beats is the hipster factor
FYI: Kogan has these "quality" headphones for $299 + Delivery.

The deal should not be downvoted just because there are alternatives on the market.
It's a relatively desirable product on the market (doesn't matter the reasons why it is desirable) at a good price. This is what OzBargain is about.
And this isn't some extremely limited supply, website crashing deal. Easy enough to purchase, delivery I'm sure won't take forever. COTD is fine for these.
Of course, if it's cheaper elsewhere, then neg away.

This is a deal, If you don't like it don't buy it. But because it's COTD or Dre.Beats and you dislike it that is not a valid point to neg the deal. I didn't receive a neg when I posted the Free $7.26 eBay Coupon, nore the $5 for $10 amazon voucher deal. Stop being so ungreatful and look at the reason why your on this site. I'm sick of seeing people get Negetive because of the business of the deal.
