Looking for a custom builder for a knockdown rebuild in Manningham (Melbourne)
Land size approx 1.5 acres
Size: Around 60 squares

Any suggestions?!

      1.5 acre = 6,070 square metres
      6,070 - 557 = 5,513m2 left. That's alot of lawn mowing!

        I would like to build a 60 square house so around 557 sqm as you said.
        
        I know big land but I don’t need anything bigger lol. I’ve got a tennis court and pool too so it’s not all lawn haha

Latitude 37. We built with them and the quality was great. Few minor issues, but otherwise I would recommend them again. DM for details.
