$50 = 1,000 FB Points
$100 = 2,000 FB Points
$200 = 4,000 FB points
$500 = 10,000 FB Points
A limit of 5 Gift Cards per customer applies.
One transaction I bought 4 x $500 and 1 x $200. Another transaction on another flybuys account we got 5 x $500. Both have the base points showing but no bonus. Both done during the day on 17th.

Likewise I purchased $2500 worth of cards (5*500) in two separate transactions & noticed that just 2500 worth of points was added to my card .
Exactly same here, got 5*500 (in 3 transactions as they wouldn't allow more than $1000 worth per transaction as they said).
Checked just now and only have 2500 points somehow.
Bonus points is not showing up, must be some delay from Flybuys.

I bought 5x $100 gift cards for an iPad and got the points, but want to go buy a few $500 cards to buy a Macbook Air but won't do that unless they begin dishing up points for the $500 cards.

Called flybuys and they are not sure if 500 gift card is eligible for bonus point. Anyone called them and got the same reply??
The 50-500 card is pictured in the catalogue & the terms only specify $20 & $30 as excluded.
I called them just now. Was told because I got 50 points from the one gift card that they’ll manually add 950 points to me as soon as possible. I had to wait 30 minutes in the call queue at around 1pm before reaching someone at 1:30pm.
Waited 1 hour to speak to person and another 30 mins to her superviser. That's what they told me. Currenlty wait for their HQ reply and it takes 3 business days.
Same, flybuys rep said $500 isn't eligible as well. Lady was quite rude and supervisor refused to take the call, and said they will call me back.
These promos will be my first and last, very disappointing.
@Hailarious: Flybuys call centre used to be very nice and accommodating, not anymore, they are not so nice, refused to credit points at all cost and wait time is ridiculous.
Not sure what happened to their call centre, it is quite a shit experience compared to before.

The posters and catalog feature the $20-$500 card on them. They also list clearly the cards that are excluded ($20 & $30). So it would be important to clarify this when they call back, and maybe mention false advertising and ACCC to them.

The lady did say it's a coles promo and need to talk to them about it lol. This is when I asked to speak to a manager.

Apparently this 36th page is no longer available in their current Category which is very strange
It looks like $500 is not valid, the variable card is displayed in the catalogue but the text in the conditions only shows up to $200 (which could be loaded on the variable card).
But someone else bought 3x $200 gift cards and has not received any bonus points.
I think Flybuys has buggered up this promotion.
Rang the Customer Service and she manually adjusted the credits for my $100 card purchase that already shown in Flubuy app. Other accounts with $500 card purchase yet to be processed. I checked the cataloge T/C again and there seems no reason to exclude $500 card purchase. Will see.
Why would they specify a limit of 45,000pts if 5x $200 gift cards (20,000pts) was the actual maximum you could receive? Sounds like the left hand aint talking to the right to me….
I bought 3x $500 and only have 1500 points currently credited also.

Yeah in same boat… was going to order base iPad + M1 Air with 16GB RAM from AOC store with 4x $500 cards.
Just going to buy 2x $200 and 1x $100 for the iPad today (need to order one asap in time for christmas as all out of stock). If things come good with the $500s I'll get the Mac too later on.
I guess we can return them to coles since the points weren’t recieved, false advertising.

You can return anything (from a retailer) if it was sold under false pretences.

Makes sense as they want to do it systematically rather than manually 100s of times.
I got off phone today (I didnt look here first) and they said aware of issue and points will be added by "Friday" (which in effect is same as what you said - the 26th)

Likewise bought under another account on Sunday and got all points as normal 45K. Earlier purchase wasnt correct 19K instead of 24K ($1200) as I mentioned above they said will be fixed by friday.
But keep your paper receipts just in case something else goes wrong.

PSA for everyone the five gift card limit is per Coles transaction, NOT per Flybuys account.
Few days ago I bought 5x $100 gift cards to buy a base iPad.
Then yesterday I bought some more of the gift cards for a MB Air. For some reason the points for the MB were only showing up on my transaction history and not my points total, so I just about had a heart attack thinking the points from the $1900 of gift cards I bought for the MB would not count at all as I had reached five gift cards with the iPad. But an hour later the total was updated to include the points for the MB cards too… thank god
I bought 2x $500 variable gc on 17/11 - only got 1 point per dollar the next day.
Bought another $200 gc (not variable) on 22/11 - received all 20 points per dollar the next day.
So still waiting for the bonus points from the transaction on 17/11, hopefully this gets sorted

You can’t reach 45,000 with highest card which is $200 following your thought.
5x$200 = 20,000 points.
They clearly put that 45,000 limit for $500 gift cards.

it is not excluded. They stuff it up all who bought it after Thursday all got points the next day.
Not sure how it can be stated that it wasn't included in the offer for 500 when ppl have got points after Thursday.
Thought I'd waste an hour on hold to Flybuys while waiting for NBN - update as of a few minutes ago is 'head office is aware of the problem and missing bonus points will be issued starting today until next week'….

Call yesterday morning at 9:10 and Customer Service admitted for a manual adjustment. Confirmed the receipt of 38,000 point in my account this morning.

For anyone not wanting to sit on hold forever, I just got this in my Twitter DM: We've checked with our support team and unfortunately they've advised that there's been extended delays with the time-frame for this being fixed. They've advised that they're still working on having this fixed and aim to have this rectified for affected members as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and for the unintended delays.
