Microsoft Mouse without Borders - Touch Scroll Not Working

I've been using Mouse without Borders on both laptop and desktop PC , so I won't need a separate set of keyboard/mouse,
Only using my laptop keyboard/touchpad to navigate my desktop PC.

I used to be able to scroll my desktop PC using my laptop's touchpad , but not anymore ever since one of the reboot a while ago.
I don't remember changing any settings or updating anything (apart from windows updates) , that could've compromised the touch scroll feature.

Just trying my luck here to see if anyone encountering the same problem and found the solution.
It has been a pain to scroll using arrow keys with poor precision.
