  • Aside from being cheap, what's the actual consensus on these pedals from donner? Are they actually any good or are people buying them because they're cheap and happy to lose that money if it sucks?

    • it sounds alright, but i would not recommend the compressor one

I'm surprised how good the chorus sounds. It was a steal at $14, and still a reasonable buy at $29 delivered.

  • "a pure analog design"
Really? Surely no BB chip though?

  • @store rep

The circle looper is $109.9 with CL30 at check out. How do I get the $97.99? Has the price changed again?

    • Hello, Sorry for that. It should be a system problem, please try again :)

      • Hey rep does this have a bucket brigade type chip inside to create the analog delay?

        • +1

A review I found online says that it uses a PT2399 echo/delay processor chip, rather than a Bucket Brigade Device MN3007 analog chip.

I was really happy with the chorus and reviews are pretty good for the delay, so I've purchased one. Hopefully its good!

No answer from you Rep, despite recent log ins.
I am going to assume that you do not know the answer and your technical knowledge is limited.

        • I think so. But assuming the rep is from the marketing department, it is alright if he does not have much
          technical knowledge.

    • Came up as $98 for me. Purchased. Thanks @ Donner Music rep.

  • Just a basic noodler here but any benefit over effects pedals compared to built in amp effects /modeling amps?

    • +1

They can sound better but depends on the pedal. Also easier to adjust parameters and turn effects on and off. Turn a knob/press button vs menu diving, opening an app, etc.

Downsides are it’s usually more costly to buy multiple pedals and all its accessories like patch cables and power supply. Also have to worry about how you power them and the potential to introduce noise to your signal chain.

Just stopping by. I am a hobbyist guitar player for well over 10 years. Loved playing on my Epiphone Les Paul but never really can commit purchasing pedals. Recently I bought Positive Grid Spark from OZB deal posted. OOooh man how technology has changed the experience. Loved how everything is built in and play through my headphone. Now I can jam at midnight to my favorite music all on my headphone. Came here to appreciate it and apology that it has nothing to do with the Deal. Peace.

    • I've been eyeing off a Yamaha THR10C or similar. Will research this. Cheers
