  • If you've got one on the way you're going to need some kind of case. Absolutely the slipperiest phone I've ever had.

Yeah, I've heard as much. Can't go nude on a phone these days, costs too much to fix the damage!

I mean, it's a glass back phone. It's no more or less slippery than an other glass back phone I've had or used.

  • Their carbon fibre case looks good at similar price too.
I'm on the hunt for Tempered glass screen protector for the Pro (that doesn't restrict fingerprint reader) if anyone has any suggestions.

    • I am also in search of a glass protector that works with fingerprint reader. I doubt there will be any.

    • Google released a list of screen protectors that would work. Not sure if any were tempered. I haven't used a screen protector since phones went to Gorilla Glass.

I bought Google’s official case for 6 Pro and it is also as slippery as the phone. Just waiting for Spigen Thin Fit hard case to be in stock as I always use that which gives excellent protection and grip with minimalistic design.

I bought this case for $16 from Kogan a couple weeks ago and it has done the trick for me. Phone is easier to grip and I'm not as scared of the camera bar cracking when I put the phone down on a hard surface.

  • I got some glass screens, the fingerprint reader gets too messed up. Apparently you can use a glue adhesive and turn up sensitivity to overcome it, but I don't really want to use the more permanent adhesives on my phone, so I'm using it nude atm.

Yes, it's incredibly slippery - if I place it on any surface that isn't perfectly flat it slowly slides until it falls off or runs into something.

  • Spigen is good. Currently I am using TUDIA for my Pixel 6…which is not bad as well…

  • Grab a Quadlock instead which gives you a mounting option and it almost the same as an otterbox.
It does make the phone slightly wider tho…
