Good to see an iconic Aussie brand back. Did anyone notice any sales leading up to the administration. Also, I wonder how the warranties apply through all this.

Not surprised with private equity involvement. PE get involved in a lot of stuff they shouldn't.
remember seeing their website back in the early 2000's they had nude models wearing their bags.
Yeah was bombarded with spam during last year's lockdown. The only item I wanted was the rerelease of the originsl messemger bag, but for like $250 plus it wss never going to happen. Wasn't on sale either
Could tell when they changed ownership a few years back - used to never have any sales and then suddenly had frequent discounting.
Plus they moved production to China and I noticed a drop in quality - had a couple of bags replaced because wasn't happy with them (e.g. uneven/lack of foam in the shoulder pads).
Plus they got rid of the lifetime warranty.
Hopefully they come back to their original roots a little I've been a fan since I was in high school in the 2000s and own maybe 6 or 7 crumpler products.
