This router has been the silver bullet to my home network problems; superb coverage and set and forget reliability.
If your kids are complaining about the wifi, take one of these and your headache will be gone by the morning.
I'm constantly confused between getting RT-AX88U or RT-AX86U - Would anyone be able to explain which offers the better WiFi Coverage / Performance
There are some reviews on youtube stating AX86U has better WiFi coverage. You might need to look into that. But AX88U has 8 1000M ports, if you want to connect many devices with LAN, you need to consider it.
On the flipside, the AX-86U has a 2.5G port if that matters to you.

Got this router at the start of last week with JB price match at 399, its fantastic!
Wifi 6, WPA3, custom profiles for devices (good if you're a parent), guest network so your mates or others have an isolated network, openvpn protocol.
Its a dream for speed and security.
