I got this deal https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/654647 months ago. And now trying to claim cashback but the Cashreward website asks for the invoice. Trying to find the invoice from Vodafone but Vodafone says there is no invoice for prepared deals. Does anyone have similar problems? Thanks

I had the same problem with Woolies Prepaid.
I had to threaten with ATO compliance action to get an invoice, but by the time they got back to me the cashback period was gone and I didn't get anything.
If they charged you GST then I expect its a requirement to provide a tax invoice on request - you probably need to get in touch with the right person.
I had similar with Google a few years back saying they don't issue tax invoices and had to fight them a bit in order to get one.
