5 minutes into our first dinner one of the legs sheared off without warning causing my wife to fall injuring her knee and back and hands. My wife has pre-existing condition not in remission which has been exacerbated. Doctor visit recorded bruising consistent with described injuries. All info sent to company Customer care team.
No apology.
No empathy.
Offered replacement leg of chair.
After threatening to tear them apart in court offered full refund but two weeks later and still nothing.
