If you click the edit button you can add your own unique link/code. Make sure you follow the instructions as OzBargain may need the referral link or code in a specific format.
You can edit all your referrals via your profile as well. My Account > Edit > Referrals.

Yes, same bug for me.
Refreshing the page seems to help. The flashing restarts but there is a lag before it does so I can complete the actions.
