    You might be waiting a while. I ordered on 13th October and checked my “order tracking” the other day. Apparently it’s estimated for the 8th December. I should’ve just waited for the stores to open (I’m in Melb)

  I received this email and the one in September for $25 off $150, which was the first time I'd gotten one. I'd never received any of the other offers ($25 off $250, $45 off $300 etc) before then.
