    CR cashback is down to $5 for all plans unfortunately.

    • that makes this less tempting. Amaysim cashrewards deal back then was amazing for 6 months

    Had isues with woolies last time, they couldn’t port my prepaid number from amaysim, seemed like they were looking for some sort of account number associated with post paid

    • When did you do that? It seems to be the problem on Amaysim(or Optus) end. I failed to port from Amaysim to Vodafone a week ago and the progress is still pending with no update. I port multiple numbers 10+ times per year. Since it is a spare number, it does not worry me much now but maybe later on.

      • A few days ago. It was my primary number so I couldn’t wait for woolies support which would take at least 2-3 days, ended up staying with amaysim for now. I never had issues porting to Boost

    • How recent was this? Amaysim have had porting issues recently, which they've confirmed to us have since been resolved.

      • This was a few days ago. I contacted them and they didn’t say anything about that, saying not their issue

        • Definitely their issue, Amaysim shouldn't be asking for a postpaid account number. If you're still interested in a Woolworths Mobile service, could you try resubmitting the port through your account (or you can call/chat with us)?

          • @dm02: No, it seems that Woolworths was looking for the account number, not amaysim. I tried resubmiting, same issue, chat to customer support they couldn’t help and said if they escalated it further it would take 2-3 days, I couldn’t wait as it’s my primary number so gave up, it was my first time with Woolworths and not a great experience, I never had problems with amaysim and boost

            • @macr0hard: Amaysim's problem for maybe one week for sure. VF told me my detail is not matching on the 1st day. I have waited for the reply from Amaysim/Optus for 5 working days in vain. Today I just rang VF to resubmit porting request and this time it went through smoothly. My detail is not changed on VF side. It is just very unlucky to do it in that week.

    • Try getting a $2 Optus SIM and port to that first. I found their live chat team very helpful recently, although I had to have 2 conversations with them (I was originally trying to port from Catch to Belong).

    Shopback advertised $15 when I purchased the $40 starter pack at 6:05pm. Tracked at 7:05pm with only $8 cashback. Shopback changed it to $8 at some point after 6:05pm. Didn’t get a screenshot for the $15 cashback. What to do?

    • Just send an enquiry form. OZB has cashback history under "Go to Deal". It is still not updated for SB as now.

        Huh, unless their Rep intervenes on Ozb, the support response via email is not worth it.

          Totally agree that their email support sucks. Will probably just call woolworths mobile to cancel the order (much easier than dealing with ShopBack…)

        • had the same issue last time.. its a bit of hit and miss. they simply produced a printout of cashback at the time of when it was recorded (nor purchased) and outright will not entertain further discussion
