Wasted about 3 hours at Wyndham but the discount was worth it.
I am also surprise there are people who purchase their deals. Anyone with even a little bit of logic will pick up all the red flags and know it is f**king rip off. No way any "member" will be in the money at the end of the day. They promise you are able to "book" your holidays and once you purchase the structured product, I am certain it becomes a one way street with members owning a timeshare with no way to book anything "because of high demand". And the structure of the financing is just like a loan shark and absolutely BS. People sign on without even doing basic compounding interest calc. Scam business model.
Yep, I asked for a piece of paper and started doing some maths… halfway through the sales rep was telling me the maths was wrong, so I pulled out my phone and did it on the calculator. After all that of saying no, they sent me off to another person for a review and to provide feedback. He then asks me why I didn't buy and I said it was not worth it at all by my maths, he then proceeds to drop the price and offer to sell some points without the package to try it out. At that point in time I actually felt like I was stuck in the South Park Timeshare Episode.
apparently the best place to actually buy is from people offloading them 2nd hand on eBay and the like.

Go listen to a timeshare from Wyndham resorts or similar. They offer discount tickets for entry if you listen to their 1-2 hour presentation.
Then, delete your email, change your mobile number, burn your house down, swap your grandmother's retirement home and start using 300GSM foil for your hat because after you walk out the harassment to sign up will not stop for a long time.
