Wireless1 - Order not shipped after multiple follow ups - Do We Have Wireless1 Store Rep Here to Help?

Long story short - I ordered Tenda Nova 2 weeks back on wireless1 and paid using Lattitude pay. Due to glitch between Lattitude and Wireless1, money was deducted but I did not receive order confirmation. Rang Wireless1 and they accepted mistake and created manual order but since then they have not shipped items. So I followed up with calls, emails, messages on eBay but they refused to reply. I'm not sure how else should I contact them. Does anyone know if wireless1 store rep is on OZB to help?

    • Yep, I am checking junk emails everyday few times a week. But they did send me order confirmation of manual order. Since its manual order, it does not appear in my account when I login to wireless1 and most likely hence they are not picking it up for processing.

  • I don't know how long it's been since you last heard from them, but they always got back to me via ebay message when I asked for help a year after I purchased some items from them. Sometimes it took them several days to reply but it was during the lockdown and they said they were short of staff.

    • They initially replied and since then they stopped replying eBay messages and emails.

  • Paid for an order over a week ago. Still 'Processing'. No response to emails for an update. Will be avoiding in the future.
