Haha..healthy human body .. read the side! These are something like 25% fruit. Not sure on this one, but the pine orange had more sugar than Coke. Agree that they make a tasty cocktail, but dont confuse these sugar bombs for healthy fruit juice.
Yeah, I've found Nudie to be best so far.
Frozen mango chunks + whatever else you like in a blender is the go. Nudie is good, but $$.
Just be aware its made with imported fruit juice concentrate. The only aussie thing in this is the water.

How dreadful, being 'forced' to admit there is some Australian content. At least some can still boast that their tru-blu dinky-di bonzer bronzed Aussie tea is Indonesian grown and packed without having to admit many will use local water to brew it.

That's why you pay a little premium to have it watered down.
They are a genuine Aussie company - merged with Kraft by Berkshire Hathaway and 3G Capital in March 2015 with BH taking a controlling 52% stake in June that year. It's now only ~ 25%.
I don't see how it's dodgy…the company was perfectly transparent about the minutiae of the production process in order to properly inform a concerned customer.

The amount of sugar in one serving of this is about 4x a can of coke I think. Nice drink but maybe it's the sugar talking
