After I opened the Paypal dispute, they immediately sent me random items. (ordered 1L conditioner, they sent 4 x 250ml shampoo)
Had to contact Paypal to re-open dispute.
They refused to pay for return shipping even though they sent me incorrect items 1.5 months late. Luckily I've already enrolled in free Paypal return shipping. But they still delayed the refund for a week after the return item has been delivered.
Bought from them multiple times, no stock on hand everytime.
Stay away from Barber House! Or at least make sure you pay through Paypal and activate free Paypal returns prior.

Same thing happened to me. But instead of 1 X 1l they sent me 4 X 250ml. I kept them as same amount I ordered but had NO communication from them at all. Terrible service. Stay clear.
Hi, apologies as there where many delays due to suppliers and lock down restrictions. Everything is back to normal.
FYI: last time I ordered from here I didn’t receive my item. Had to chase it up 7-8 weeks later.
That said, they sent the item straight after I disputed it on PayPal
