newbie question… does all game these days have to launched via another app? Epic games seems to install heaps of stuff to the OS.
Depends on the game. Amazon prime has had games from all platforms (GOG, Epic, Steam, Origin)
Sorry I meant to ask can I keep those launcher applications closed and just start the game natively using short cuts… like how games where back in the days.
With GOG you can just use the exe as the shortcut (although they recommend you use their Galaxy client). The others will require the relevant client to launch.
