Belong Mobile - The Payment Details Entered Are Invalid on Signup

I'm trying to sign my nan up with a belong $45 sim card starter I got from Officeworks. Using her Name/Address/DOB and one of my CC cards or my paypal account I get the error

"The payment details entered are invalid. Check the details and try again."

Anyone else come up against this problem. I have now tried with multiple cards

    Belong signup has always been flaky at best.

    Is your problem solved? I have the same problem, I tried to use Paypal, credit card, my wife's card and my new credit card and they all got the same error. I contacted them a few times but no one could fix it. They are hopeless.
