You've proved my case. From the website: "SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS is the premium brand for finest crystal elements manufactured by Swarovski. Our business partners benefit from superior product quality and first-class services such as trend consultancy and application support."
Just because a no-name monitor manufacturer uses Samsung displays, doesn't make it a Samsung-branded monitor. Similarly, these cannot be labelled "Genuine Swarovski" as per the title.
read my links below…
Thanks for your remind! Title just revised! (sorry this is my first post. Not really good for describe it)
SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS is the premium brand for finest crystal elements manufactured by Swarovski. Our business partners benefit from superior product quality and first-class services such as trend consultancy and application support.
In addition, selected partners are granted the right to communicate our ingredient brand MADE WITH SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS within their collections.

Basically they're resellers, more or less. Same shit different aroma.
They are made by Swarovski… and owned by Swarovski…
I purchased a pendant (said it's made with Swarovski crystal elements) from this site before . And i received the tag with my item. Then i brought it to Swarovski shop in Parrmatta, and the staff confirmed my item is made with real Swarovski crystal elements. Not spam! ^^
I can't remember the exact difference, but things made from 'Swarovski Elements' are not Swarovski products at all. It is just cheap crap. Your description sounded like you were saying they are genuine 'Swarovski' products, so just thought I'd mention it.
SWAROVSKI ELEMENTS is the premium brand for finest crystal elements manufactured by Swarovski.
If it only retails for $15 usually, it's still cheap crap in my opinion.
I'm just going off what I've read on other OzB comments (I think, could've been elsewhere).
might be crap, but my point was they are "genuine 'Swarovski' products"
this is coming from the guy who posted free lipstick
Talk about cheap stuff ;)

"Swarovski Elements" is a Subsidiary company of "Swarovski"
Again, voicing my own opinion here, but I wouldn't call it a "genuine Swarovski product" unless it is sold under the brand name of Swarovski, and sold in a Swarovski store. They might all come from the same place, but to me, it just isn't the same.
Title has been revised "Made with Swarovski Elements"
Thanks!
Sorry, I wasn't trying to be a jerk or anything :) It's a good deal; pretty earrings for 5 bucks. Great first deal OP!
The crystals may be manufactured by Swarovski, but these are not Swarovski-branded earrings as the title indicates. My objection is not that these are in some way fake — it is that they are simply "OEM" crystals that are assembled by another company. If they were genuine Swarovski, they would be branded as such. They're not, and that's why it only indicates "Made with Swarovski Elements".
Exactly what I was trying to get it in my latest comment. You worded it much more eloquently. And yours actually made sense. Anyway, I completely agree. It just does not seem like the same thing to me.

this reply is intentionally left blank….nawt
You reckon a guy can pull these off (without being called a batty boy ?) or are they clearly for chix ?
You might be able to pull these off, maybe if the crystals were a tad more pink.
Swarovski make crystals, and they also make jewellery. They put some of the crystals they manufacture into their jewellery, and they also sell some of those crystals to other retailers. The crystals are made by Swarovski and are a Swarovski product. The earrings are not.
If this confuses you, think about F1 engines. Ferarri make engines and sell them to Sauber and Toro Rosso, and while Ferarri manages to place well, the other two teams suck.
BlueScope make steel. They turn some of their steel into products (e.g. Colorbond), and also sell some of the raw steel off to other steel formers.
It says made with Swarowsky elements. It doesn't say with Swarowsky crystals. Elements could be anything - even a little pin…or just a wrapping paper…
"Made with Swarovski Elements" — seems like it is not actually Swarovski branded, so title is misleading.
