Pretty good deal considering target has this on sale for $199 (50% off RRP of $399) as part of their "Massive Home Sale". Big W has this on sale for $179 + $7 for shipping.
The only neg is that you can't return the item as its classed as Clearance, however your statutory rights are not affected. 1 year warranty included.
Anyone with an active CHOICE sub know if these rate well there?

there's the 8500 model on TVSN for about $180. probably a fairly good deal in it's own right.
I bought this a year ago from Myer when it was on sale for $199.
Positives - it's awesome. Much, much, much better than a normal iron. Ergonomics of it is pretty good - slightly heavy but still easy to handle.
Negatives - I probably would like the steam to be a bit more powerful to deal with extremely wrinkly shirts, and the water tank runs out rather quickly, but they're pretty small negatives overall. Also, if this matters, I think the colour of it is pretty awful LOL.
Overall - it was a great buy at $199, and at this price it's a total bargain. Wow.
Missed out because I spent a few minutes doing some research before clicking the buy button. So much for the benefits of due diligence :S
