Where's the 'roo option? That's something I'd really like to try. All the menus on the website seem to be referring to beef.
try http://biltong.net.au/ his stuff is cheaper than others when not on sale (last time i checked). the quality is good for me too, not dry, but chewy and full of flavour. i don't like geronimo in comparison, that's all i've tried.
