  Can presently get 12 months/365 days amd 150gb data with Vodafone directly for $120 after cashback ($150 without cashback). Seems like a much better deal.

    Agree… Although I think lebara is owned by Vodafone (could be wrong!) so it's really only the appearance of competition that they want. Eg. This lebara offer only serves to make the Vodafone offer look OK - unfortunately it makes other offers from truly competing telcos look even better!
