I hope that you all are good, I recently moved to a sharehouse of 4 people. Two guys are using one fridge and me and the other guy would use this.
I was thinking either go with some simple fridge or spend a bit more and get a better one.
I wanted to inquire if I go for a better one then could you guys suggest the one that has a water dispenser .
Bonus: if you could also suggest a fridge that has an ice dispenser that is affordable then that also would be great.

For 2 people, something 300-400L should be decently sized. For $2k budget there are plenty of options.
Remember with these water dispensers that you need to change the water filter every 6 or so months. So that's another cost involved, it is around $40 for the filter. Do U have water tap available to connect to the fridge or from your main sink area?
Also those external ice feature they take up a lot of room from your freezer so something to be aware of and are only really avail on side by side fridges which are generally pricier than a regular top n bottom fridge/freezer combo
The cost for the water filter is only if you decide you want the water filtered in the first place (i.e. if you have had Brita water you'd know), as many fridges have a diverter valve that can pump water straight through if a filter isn't fitted. I personally am indifferent to the taste of filtered vs unfiltered so haven't even installed the filter I got with the fridge when I purchased, and have saved a considerable sum and still have nice cold water at all times.
And yeah OP you also need a tap fitting near where you want the fridge if you want water dispensing. Otherwise you'll have to go with the cheaper simpler options where you manually fill a water tank in the fridge (expect to do it at least daily if not a couple times a day in summer)

I had a water dispenser one where I was previously living, apparently they also provide a pass through option if filter is not needed just plug it in and its all good

Jap made, and has been spot-on without any complaints at all since it arrived!
Amazing bit of gear… Worth considering as a great mid range/bottom of the higher end (not uber exe) ranges.

Got mine through a contact at HN, but I'd recommend going to AOL/Winning applinace… !
They got close to the money, and good enough IMO but my mate arranged something for me cheaper (cost) and included freight for free.
Had that not been the case, I'd have gone with AOL/Winning appliances.
Perhaps you need to mention your budget and the size/volume of the fridge you are after.
